Planning information, not a contract
The published services and starting fees are proposed scopes for discussion. They do not constitute an accepted quotation, booking, guaranteed availability or agreement to deliver every listed service.
Agree the statement of work
Before work begins, agree the actual legal parties, deliverables, quantities, coverage, revisions, schedule, client inputs, approval process and acceptance criteria. Establish the payment, cancellation, renewal and handover terms separately.
Results and responsibilities
No website visit, advertisement, ranking, enquiry count, sale or revenue outcome is guaranteed. The studio’s deliverables and the client’s service experience and operations are separate responsibilities.
Ownership and permissions
Client domains and operational accounts should remain client-owned. The contract distinguishes final agreed assets, editable files, tools, third-party licences and pre-existing materials. The client must have authority to publish supplied information, logos and images.
Industry-specific review
No fabricated scarcity, sustainability credentials or customer content. Pricing, stock, returns and material claims must be approved. Commerce operations remain with the client.
