Ads are attractive, but product information, size expectations, availability or the product itself don’t match. More traffic rarely fixes this. The leak is usually in the handoff—the moment an enquiry needs a named person to act on it.
Where the journey breaks
- Notice. Introduce a specific collection idea and visual language. What fixes it: campaign direction.
- Explore. Explain the range, materials and client-supplied fit information. What fixes it: collection and product pages.
- Choose. Make the ordering route and policies easy to understand. What fixes it: purchase-support journey.
- Return. Listen to feedback and communicate relevant future collections with permission. What fixes it: retention and reputation plan.
Test the failure paths, not just the happy path
A journey that works once in a demo is not a system. Before accepting any fix, check what happens when:
- A duplicate enquiry arrives. It is merged and the person is contacted once, by one owner.
- The requested slot, item or date is unavailable. The person is told honestly and offered the nearest real alternative.
- A message fails to send. The failure is logged and a named person follows up another way.
- The assigned staff member is on leave. The enquiry is reassigned automatically to a named back-up.
- The customer opts out. Automated messages stop at once and the opt-out is recorded.
- A price, offer or detail changes. Every channel is updated from one source, and old offers are withdrawn.
Measure the chain, not the clicks
For fashion, the chain we report is Purchase conversion → Returns → Repeat purchases → Contribution after variable costs. Each stage is reported separately, so a weak link is visible instead of being hidden inside a single “leads” number.
Where to start
If you are not sure where the leak is, start with a diagnosis (proposed from ₹30,000). If you already know which journey is broken, the “Fix my product-to-purchase journey” engagement implements the fix end to end. See pricing or plan your project.
